If you are both in a position to do this, it feels right then go for it.

An ex of mine asked me to move in after the first weekend we have. Oh, i'm good!laugh

Well, i didn't take long to "move". But kept my place for a while...almost a year. Anyway, i was 23...could be that it was somewhere written that it wasn't for life.
Anyway, move, but keep your place for great considerable time!

Love is wanting to be with the person as much as possible. Congrats guys!dancing banana

Good luckcheers

2 months?

Hardly time for the rose tinted specs to have settled down let alone slipped a bit!

A rough guess would say the honeymoon period at the beginning of a relationship lasts roughly 6 to 9 months, you're not likely to see the little irritating things that can drive couples mad till after that kinda period, so, tho it sounds fantastic in principle.... I'd give it a good year (not a tyre....) before considering such a move, it gives you a chance to see the real each other and not just the fairytale stuff of new hormonal lusty relations...........

I'm sorry to always come back...

But i thought it was important to say that i lived with him for 3 years when we've decided to move in after 2 weeks together. Not that bad huh?wink laugh

I mean, time isn't a factor to do it materially...

Keep one foot outhug

The old cynic in me says don't burn your boats. Do you both have places of your own at the moment? If so, could you stand to live at his place? (it's a good indicator of what you might have to get used to)

I once moved into a house where you practically had to wade through the empty take-away tubs to get to the washing machine. I was besotted with him but I don't think I could do that now.

You say 'I ain't getting any younger'. that sounds to me like you're feeling hurried. Don't let yourself be rushed into it!

but if it's what you want don't let anything stop you.

hug

have you been away together yet? or been able to spend serious amounts of time in one stretch together, to really see what he is like on a day to day basis? If so, and it still goes well then, why not. I personally, don't think i'd be ready- but then I', a looooong time ut of the dating scene and don't know how i'd feel at this point. Do it if it 'feels' righthug

Have to agree with tufty. Great that you are getting on well but in my mind is way to soon. I married my ex after just 9 months and we really didnt know each other at all, we were both still at the keeping our best sides out stage.

speaking strictly for myself...

my 'feelings' are complicated and sometimes have motivations im not aware of until later...

i have been known to do a pro and con list as a tool for many various decisions-but have thrown it out after as well a time or two...

feelings arent facts.
facts arent truth
either can change.
but change is the only constant in the universe.

for me? im certain if i 'felt' right/ready...i wouldnt be asking on a forum...

sincerely, i mean no offense

hey we choose and then we can always choose again right?
