I think that you can make a contection with someone. And it can be great. But the distance is a HUGE factor.
I found someone that I clicked with emmediatly. And that was about 7 months ago. But we were very realistic that we would probably never meet, but that we just wern't willing to give up our contact.
We ended up being great friends. Talk about our kids, our dates, and all the other important stuff in life. All during that time we basically just chatted with each other, no one else. But that in no way means that we were dating or a couple. Neither one of us felt the need to annouce to the world that we were a pair.
If we had been even remotley near each other perhaps we would have tried a relationship. But I wouldn't trade what we have for the world.
So now, I am in the forums just having fun! But don't judge people to readily, things are not always what hey seem. Men and women can be freinds without the whole sex thing!
