His name is Scott and he is a U.S. Marine. I always said I would never be with someone who was actively serving in the military, but that was before I met him. I'm just so happy that I wanted to share my news with all my friends!

Spaghetti: The McCain people are all over tv trying to claim sexism because their beauty queen vp is being scrutinized. In my opinion this is why they no longer have any credibility with most 'mericans and it's why they're doomed to failure in November.

shipoker58: How sad that he continues to play politics with the American people. This is a woman with no political experience before becoming governor of Alaska. She was only a mayor of a small town and served on city council. But in an effort to win votes, he chose a woman. I believe the voters will see this as it is and will react accordingly. I can't wait for the VP debate. Biden has over 30 years of foriegn policy experience, she has none. How will she be able to take control of the U.S. in the event of mcCains death??

does anybody of you have a similar problem? my mom is worried for me bcs of that and i can't do anything abt it once i have the money, i spend everything and i feel a real pleasure only in the moment i see the purse empty: it's the moment i know the mission of the day was accomplished

In talking with a near and dear friend tonight, we had kind of a chuckle for ourselves and some gut honesty came out of me that I never expected.

I was talking about my comfortable little apartment and how if I were to get involved and someone were to move in with me...You know what...There's no space in my closet for "his" clothing and I'm not really sure I'd be willing to give up my closet space.

Hmmmmm a little selfish? Maybe....But maybe it's more the fact that I'm content with just me right now at this moment. Maybe I'm not willing to put the effort into a relationship right now because I want to focus on me and get my life on the right track. I know that right now I'm right where I'm supposed to be right here right now at this moment.

Does anyone else have the same gut honesty? Can you admit it?

ninja and fatty went away together, i was in the room
it was yesterday-they lie right down beside each other-cat and dog that had been together 15 yrs and never knew they werent sposed to like each other-they were just family

when i got home the other 2 dogs knew
and when my kid came home from school, well you can imagine...

i feel ok-i feel a bit better, or at least different
the months of knowing, waiting, putting it off-
i think its better now-it can be processed.

ive still had 2 ppl mailing calling be a murdering self centered
attention seeking bitch- oh well

these 2 have given me a gift over the last year-how to keep online relationships the right size

people i get to know by phone or that actually exchange real correspondence with regularly-people that we make ourselves open to each other- these are people i give a bit more weight in my life than forum friends-

ive decided the genuine pain from this sad decision is plenty on its own and i dont mind how many times i get those ugly letters-
clearly these people need compassion-im no saint but i can definitely choose compassion.

life goes on-our life goes on-the coming weeks are very busy and very important and i will never not miss ninja-or fatcat

almost 16 years i had those 2-they were w/ me thru so many things
