My bet is that in the fine print of the contract of hospital that did the transplant.....there is a clause that defines the ownership
of the kidney better.

Bet some atroneys are tearing apart that document at present, to see what was signed and agreed to.

But I also see a presidence being set in this on human organ transplants.

yikes...read that small print all.....

And say it was on the other foot....she gave him a kidney....
and now wants it back......any preference to her being a woman....maybe facing childbirth in the future (e.g. another life could be involved).

I hope those that are posting here....have taken a moment to consider.....

how people that are seeking shelter in multi story (meaning that they are in the basement or lower floor)....at least 5 floors of a concrete building were killed and injures by mortar rounds fire with a very high lob trajectory...that mostly likely would have hit the concrete roof of the school.

I saw the photos of the this school. 4-8 inches mortar were NOT going to impact to the ground and basement levels of it from roof strikes. Each of the floors were concrete....6-10 inches thick, including the roof.

Having said that....strange things happen in war time. Maybe it was a deflected round entering a lower floor doorway or window. Or maybe those secondary explosion inside the building were the Hamas munitions going off.

Give the investigators of the incident some time to do the forensic of the event. Find out how it happened is my suggestion.

Yep....what goes around, comes around as they say. Seems like earlier in their marriage, he donated a kidney to her. Now they are divorcing.

Yep....just like the battle of who gets the dog, the parrot, the gold fish....the question is here....who gets the kidney.

Before you go saying...boy is he crast....maybe you are already there....US Divorce laws are set up to make a party hole as they were coming into the marriage. And having only one kidney, he might see it fail in the future. He came into the marriage with two kidneys and now only has one.

I could have maybe placed this in humor. But the bigger
picture and issue....is that modern medicine is effecting
our lives...jointly and singularly much more these days.

I heard he is attending a REP conference on how to defeat Obama in 2012. 10 showed up. Indy had to lead the entire conference for the 5 days. He took them back to the Dude threads...on their lap tops.

After reading them.....they had contacted the 54m REP that voted for McCain in 2008 with a mass emails that included some of the better Dude quotes.

By the end of the conference, they had sizeable donations coming into their offshore and hidden accounts for the 2012 REP presidential run.

The reports I am reading on the Gaza School incident seem to be inconclusive.

Some are saying it was Isreali Mortar attack, other are saying Isreali tank fire. Some are saying 30 deathes and other 35.
So there is a lot of confusion on facts on this at this point.

But this one has a release of a IDF UAV imagery of a year ago (2007) showing Hamas mortar team operating in the street outside the school.

Also has two unnamed local sources on the secondary explosions at the school.

Ask yourself a question.

If Hamas really wired the doors of a building that was being used as a shelter, why would they do that? The answer is they were holding the 1300 as hostages. Needing to keep them near their mortar launch point as human shields.

The post action investigations are going to tell if those secondary detonation came from inside or outside the building.

I am waiting till those reports come out prior to discussing this any more.

Isreali Military report was one of the reports on it.

You have to understand how mortar operation are conducted to understand. Most often a forward observer will watch for the impact and adjust the fire of the mortars to target.

According to some reports on the Gaza School incident. There was a significant secondary explosion at the school after the Isreali mortars impacted.

It seems to me...that if you store munitions in a school, Mosque, house, hospital, or other public place.....then you are partly responsible for their detonation...if by accident or by military
action. If people get injured or killed in the accident or military action of a secondary explosion....you have a shared responsibility to that.

Hamas and AlQeada of Iraq have done this for a number of years.
They store munitions near or in a public place. Even will launch them from a public site. If that is not using humans as shields, what is?

As if a leadership group would uses its own people as human shields, it means they have little regard for their well being and lives.

Gaza is small, only so many areas of it can be used for rocket launches. Areas near Israelis cities. But there are plenty fields where such munition could have been bunkered or buried.

Yet Hamas choose to place a storage point and launch site at a school.

I check online earlier for solid reports of Isreali bombings in mid DEC, my friend from Michigan. I found some that fell all apart with a little inspection.

The first real attacks here were from the Hamas side. In late Dec.
When barrages....meaning more many more than one.....were launched.

I am not sure of your source.....but check it.

I gather my info from a number sources....and try to verify them.

The stuff on the that I am posting on Hamas of Gaza...is well known.

I saw video of the 13 yo under Hamas snipers....sitting 50 yards from a Isreali check point. I have seen many media reports on the 4-6 inch rockets. Saw the pics of the Fatah security building after it was bombed. All independant sources....none FOXX.

And I guess....because Hamas of Gaza is so friendly with Fatah.....that is why 100s of Fatah tried to come to the west Bank thru Isreal.

These and many more are the acts of Hamas of Gaza. You call
them freedom fighters? That is not a freedom fighter. That is a terrorist, plain and simple. Mixing the term freedom fighter and these tactics is an insult to real Muslims that have fought for freedom.

Freedom fighter (or patriot) defends his people and his country.
His cause is not one of fear but ultimately of peace. For his people and THOSE around him. When once....please ONCE...has Hamas
leaders offered anything to Isreal other than the promise to erdicate Israel from the map?

They polically cannot do it. Just like Anwar Sadat of Egypt, B. Bhutto of Pakistan and other moderate Muslims...as soon as the first step to recognition or reconciliation is made to Isreal....they are a marked for death or political ruin.

Having no will to stand to the pressure of Iran that proxie them in this fight....these leaders of Hamas of Gaza....are not leading freedom fighter or have a understanding of the concept.

If they did, they would not have expelled Fatah Palesitians from
Gaza in the manner which they did. They would have tried to unite the two groups....rather than dividing the nation of Palestine.

My economic theory to this is:

Iran now gives Hamas and the Palestine the $120m, that Isreal refuses to. Is a drop in the bucket to the billions that Iran
makes off of its oil revenues.

Some one is supplying Hamas with the 1000s of small and mid range rockets it has been firing into Israel.

We know that Iran has a industry to both make and import those rockets.

My thinking is this.....

Hamas acts as a proxie to Iran. The price for the $120m in Iranian aid. Fire rockets in Israel. The rockets...like with Hezbollah to the north....supplied by Iran or Syria. The rockets....purchased from or in the aid package from Iran.

There is your real economics to this. Not some globalist world order thing. Simple, Hamas is acting as a proxie for Iran. They have to fire the rockets to keep the money flowing Iran. Without it, Hamas of Gaza cannot run a government.

Hamas is caught between a rock and a hard place. If they don't launch the missiles, they don't get the Iranian aid. And the Palestinians are the ones paying the ultimate price for this agreement of Hamas and Iran.

The 22 Isreali villages that were relocated out of Gaza earlier....was done for two reason....1)security 2)economics

They simply were not financially working.

It would seem if this was all about money.....the Isreali would have left those kibbuz in Gaza.

Isreal had been giving about $120m per year to Gaza prior to this
Hamas group coming to power.

There is not a oil well in all of Gaza, that I know of.

I think that Israel is dictating the terms. The key is some international military organization to be inside Gaza watching Hamas.
