Hmmm.... I'm curious on that too. My credit was like so so, I've never had any major cards and don't owe any large some of money or anything. But I got a car loan, been on time every single month for 3 years now, even shows me green on the little credit score thing. I went for a loan for school from the same bank (my bank, btw) and they denied me saying my credit wasn't good enough!@!!
Well I know how I began with good credit.
They look at:
Cell phone bills
Phone/internet/cable bills
Utilities
Student loans
Credit Cards
Auto Insurance
^I had all of these and paid them on time and the longer you've had them helps...like having a credit card over 5 years
Now they all show I had been delinquent
Should I cancel my credit cards and get new ones?
Would that help or hurt?
What should I do?
Will it edventually get better on its own by paying them timely again?
I dunno!
