About me: I am a recently widowed w/m living in my own home in Knoxville, TN. No children (unless you count my two cats). I am a retired Marine, who has stayed in pretty good physical shape considering a sedintary job. I'm creative and somewhat artistic in my own way, which does not always meet with the liking of others. I tend to think outside the box on some issues and subjects. Well educated and world-wise; although, I'm probably pretty naive when it comes to dating these days .... I've been out of that loop for a long time.
I do my own ironing, cooking and like the cooking. I clean the house sporadicly.
I'm looking for: I haven't the slightest idea at the moment. But someone intelligent, doesn't mind my need for privacy and alone time, well educated, pleasant manors, a good sense of humor. No one "needy" or wanting to be taken care of (I've done enough of that in the last five years to fill three lifetimes), someone in good health, financially secure in their own life, etc.
