CS won't answer you when you report someone. At most, you'll just get a note of thanks.
Btw, if somebody sends you his email address in the first mail, beware, as most probably its a scam.

I agree here a phone call usually works to weed out the most obvious scammer I will also ask to let me see them on webcam if they say I dont have one and I cant call there is something not right. Dont let your guard down at all in cases like that.

hey dansk...i dont have any great advice, if i had it i'd use it myself. if they seem to good to be real, like in many things chances their prolly not. ask alot of questions and throw in some random ones that will catch them off guard. if they make it through the first few "tests" i give them my yahoo id..(if you use yahoo..make a different id and use it for this purpose. that way you can delete it as easy.) besides that theres not much more i can offer, sorry you got burnt..just put out the fire and shake it off. best of luck to you and enjoy..

I have found just talk to them and dont be in any rush. If they start bugging you or personal info or immediatly want to get you exchanging emails by some means other than the site. Beware.
Never give out personal info. I dont even tell people my kids names until Im pretty comfertable with them.
Speding time communicating is the best way. Liars always mess up sooner or later. Scammers are juggling as many women as they can. They always mess up. Pay attention and even take notes. If it feels wierd wave bye bye...

Well, if it's someone I am interested in, I prefer talking to someone live chat via yahoo messenger etc, rather than constantly having to do mail here..hope that doesn't make anyone think I am a scammer LOL. I just find it more personal and you can actually have a *conversation* in real time.

Im really Old ..... the Depends company uses me as a poster child , Geritol knows my first name and I have a life time supply.
I have so many wrinkles on my A%% that you could do your laundry on it .
I lost my Junk in the great patriotic war where I was a tail gunner in the Wack Corps .

take your time and get to know the person. If they give their number and any other credentials that will authenticate their identity, then you will know. If the person divulges very little, then use your better judgement.

I'm a scambuster,and there are ways to tell.If someone sends you an email and its too good to be true you need to be on guard.And now they are using a contractor,or sales consultant to hide behind.Alot will try and get your email and if you give it alot are what we call phishers.He can get on your im and retrieve all your info without you knowing its being done.And if you go in chatrooms you are aware they can follow you out.There is a scam site so u can check out an email or even a pic.Email me and I will give you the site.Run into any,holler at me,I love to dust their britches.
