Those of us who are new would prefer a better term than "newbie", how bout "the hot bodies" or "the beauty school dropouts" that would better suit us. Right guys?

I'm with Jax. I'm one of the - well can't say hot bodies - let's go with beauty school dropouts.
I think a lot of people may not see me as new anymore because I've been a loud mouth lately. I've been here a coupleof weeks, maybe.
